1980 Seidelmann Yachts S299 Sloop - COLLINGWOOD

I have recently upgraded to an amazing 30ft Seidelmann S299 which will be harbored at the Thornbury Marina.[slip fees of $1600/yr]. It has been extensively upgraded and maintained meticulously.....It has a history as a very successful club level ocean racer....
I am looking for a 50-50 partner to share the boat ownership, use and expenses with. I am retired and have total use flexibility: we will NOT be scrabbling over weekends!!!
The S299 is 30ft long, 11ft beam, 5ft draft and 6'-3" headroom : it has a Garmin GPS-chartplotter, Raymarine VHF with distress call, rebuilt Yanmar diesel, hot/cold pressurized water and a shower, head, sleeps 5-6, excellent rigging and sails, repainted in 2014: top and bottom...the following are some of its features:
Beefed up rig with all new standing rigging in 2012.
Dacron cruising sails are in great condition.
Danforth Anchor
Spinnaker pole and gear on mast
2 bilge pumps
6 gal stainless steel water heater ([removed phone] gal fresh water tank,

Yanmar Diesel Engine with Racor filter (rebuilt 2010) Runs great with very low hours since the rebuild.
